My working hours are from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
In most cases I offer a standard 12 month warranty, unless the problem arises from a faulty part or if the issue wasn’t originated from my install.

Clogs are one of the most common causes for leaking pipes.
In sinks and showers, hair and grease is often the cause, but also small objects accidentally dropped can enter the drain and block the pipe. In toilets, the problem often comes when something other than dissolvable waste gets flushed.
A worn down or defective flapper is the most common cause of your running toilet issues. Replacing the flapper tends to be the best solution.
